General Maintenance
Storecare is committed to making store maintenance easy for retailers. Following the completion of your fitout, you must consider maintenance and general upkeep to ensure that your workplace always looks its best. Our system of routine maintenance inspections are designed to identify problems before they become large, urgent issues that are often very costly to repair. With a Storecare scheduled maintenance program, you can rest assured knowing that the general upkeep of your space will be up to standard. A scheduled fortnightly, bi-monthly, monthly, or annual service can be incredibly cost-effective. With the Storecare system, we will action all works promptly and will only report back to you once the job is complete. All you have to do is log your job with Storecare, and we will take care of the rest. All Storecare jobs are completed by fully insured, top quality tradespeople and contractors.

Make Good & De Fit Services
Usually, vacating tenants are required to return the premises to its original state or as specified in the lease agreement, which can often include a total de fit. We understand how exhausting and stressful the moving process can be, which is why we offer Make Good and De Fit services. As make good provisions are commonly the most disputed clauses of any commercial lease, Storecare will thoroughly review your leases make good requirements and ensure that the space is perfectly restored to its original state. With our extensive experience and expertise in shop fitouts, we can handle any job - from a simple make good to a complex de fit. Our highly qualified tradesman and contractors will safely take care of everything, from stripping out joinery to removing walls, electrical/data cabling, and floor coverings. Defective Report
Storecare streamlines the vacating process with our post-handover service. Our comprehensive and highly-detailed defective and fitout reporting will assist in defending any claims or bond deductions brought forward. All of our fitout construction reports are highly detailed and appropriate for any commercial or retail premises and are tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. With Storecare engaged in the de fit and make good process, we have an intimate knowledge of the space, so any remaining tiny defect is included in the report. Storecare is client-focused, and it’s imperative that we simplify the hand-over process as much as possible.
